A yoga workshop centered on promoting the vitality of the breath! Therapeutic yoga practice draws vitality and peace into your life by creating better function in your muscles of breathing, the space your breath occupies (lung capacity), and by stationing your attention in the present moment.
In this class we will:
- Learn how to optimize the spinal posture for better breathing
- Coordinate the breath with yoga postures
- Use the breath as a tool for meditation
