At this time, in compliance with the COVID-19 Washington state guidelines, group therapeutic yoga classes will remain online via Zoom. You can still keep your yoga practice going! The group therapeutic yoga class online video stream will follow the schedule below.

When you are ready to start set up your practice space with your yoga props, worry not if you are not fully equipped at home. Sturdy four legged footstools can act at yoga blocks, pillows can fill in as bolsters.

Online Streaming Etiquette

You will have a short time before and after class to greet friends/acquaintances from class. You may wish to dedicate a 'yoga props' basket or box/proximity to have/keep in your designated home yoga space, this will aid in helping you feel more as ease as you ready yourself for practice. (suggestions, not necessities: blocks or low footstool, straps, therapy band, weights--hand held and/or cuff, hiking sticks, pillows, blankets, yoga mat, massage or tennis ball, squishy or playground ball, dining room chair, knee pads)

As you log in, be sure you are ready when you turn your video feed on, you may wish to turn off the video feed if you are not quite ready “to be seen”. As class begins your camera and mic will be disabled by the host so that the feed is the yoga stream alone. I encourage use of the chat box if you find the need for clarification during class time.
