Can you believe it-an anniversary! A thank you to the Karuna Arts Yoga team, I have found this to have made the most difference in my posture, balance, strength, sleeping, breathing compared to anything else I have attempted. I appreciate the therapeutic approach to Yoga that you espouse. I am always also delighted with the congeniality and “culture” at Karuna. Many thanks to all of you!! ~B.B.
Thank you for the beautiful work you’ve given in these last classes since Friday for the first and second chakras. Warrior 1 feels like a great big hug from you to me! 🙂 I feel so blessed to have your support and wisdom as I am learning and discovering so much.
I am accepting that my work might mostly be to stop “working” and to let my heart (and my hips) just be present. Such a strange experience I carry now: realizing that I cannot sense where my lower spine actually is in space – and to keep understanding what that means – and what strengthening that area will mean!!!
Thank you, more than you can know – thank you, for the incredible work and gifts and blessings you bring to the people around you.
My life is forever changed because I know you . . . and the best part is . . . we’ve only just begun.
In deep gratitude, love and friendship,
There are a few key phrases I’ve learned from you that are always near my conscience mind as I try go about my day with better posture and breath:
3 dimensional breathing
shrink wrap your midsection
shine your heart
and now, be aware of your dowager’s hump ( so not a sexy phrase *:) happy)
Thanks for the Scoli class, Anne. It was very helpful and pleasant and I’m looking forward to all of them.
I can’t leave town without saying today was your best class I’ve attended to date. Inspired cueing and now I have a whole new set of reminders and moves to take back and work on.

Thank you, Anne! This poem is so beautiful and definitely touched my soul. Thank you for sharing this with us and thank you for such a wonderful class today. Your beautiful labyrinth was such a special treat.
Happy New Year and see you soon,
Thank you for all that you share ALL through the year. Your kindness and patience are inspiring and your wealth of knowledge is amazing. Thank you for sharing these most important gifts! ~KD
Anne, Thank you for an unbelievable year! You have opened my eyes, heart, and body in so many ways. Also want to thank you for the special certificate presentation. It definitely denotes the beginning of this journey into yoga. Love Always, M.P.
Anne, really enjoyed class today. I feel all loosened and lengthened! Appreciated the down dog toes/heels move…my toes & ankles always need stretching. And I love those singing bowl chimes you play. Beautiful!
Thanksgiving is the appointed time
for focusing on the good in our lives.
In each of our days,
we can find small blessings,
but too often we overlook them,
choosing instead to spend our time
paying attention to problems.
We give our energy
to those who cause us trouble
instead of those who bring peace.
let’s be on the lookout
for the bits of pleasure in each hour,
and appreciate the people who
bring love and light to everyone
who is blessed to know them.
You are one of those people.
I’m thankful for you.
Oh my gosh I’m in less pain than I’ve been for last month! maybe I just needed to take my class a little less intensely… Thanks for all you do! ~A.T.
Anne, you are are a wise and kind woman…whose family, friends and community are enriched and experience growth simply by your presence in their lives.~CM
Just a quick note of thanks for the great Yoga practices. I’m feeling more fit physically, and have more clarity than before…despite being pretty rusty.
Yesterday was like a breakthru for me. Drummed from that new balanced and could feel my way into the music, even into all that complicated cuban stuff we do.
I love you. You are an amazing spirit. I see why you recommended the yoga woman video. You are that!!! The balance, union, and deep energy source of frequency and vibration that we call our bodies and egos. I’m so grateful that I got myself back to yoga. It’s social, and way better than the gym.
Thank you Anne! I really appreciate all the work you put into your classes … such a beneficial and enjoyable experience! Best, Amy
