December 5: Yoga Nidra Friday Night

This soothing Friday evening class will help you make the transition from human doing to human being. After a gentle warm up, supported postures using bolsters, blankets, and other props combined with guided meditation techniques will open the body and dissolve physical and mental tension. You’ll leave refreshed and ready for the weekend.

Fee:  $15 advance payment by December 4, no call ins;  $20 December 5 at the door
