Yoga during Pregnancy
Yoga prepares us for all of life. Pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting included. For the pregnant yogi the yoga practice prepares the mind to remain calmer and more clear during transitions, the breath training prepares for the procession of childbirth, and the physical postures or asana prepare the body to remain flexible, strong, and resilient through the progressing trimesters.
Pregnant clients are encouraged to attend Self Care Yoga with Anne Basco, ERYT 500
Monday, Friday, and Saturday mornings: 8:00-9:30 am, Tuesday evenings: 6:00-7:30 pm.
